Celtic Fish

The Celtic fish are commonly recognized symbols, often depicted in 3's. Fish continue to play a significant role of sustenance and teachings for Celtic people. Often seen to represent salmon they are seen as symbols of wisdom, and revered for their ability to make long, difficult journeys of migration. As well, salmon teaches us of the cyclical elements of life, moving through their pattern, to return to the place of their birth, in order to spawn the next generation, and die.
