Celebrate Samhain with Nicneven. Birthed in Scottish lore, Nicneven is a queen of witchcraft and magic. She became a namesake for witches across Alba. Depicted as both a crone and young women, she represents the cycles of womanhood, and most often associated with Samhain.
Paired with her characteristic Turnips which were often carved in Alba and lit to line pathways, guiding your loved ones home while the veil was thin. She is also associated with fibers, and weaving, and most often led by a flock of white geese, signaling the end of the harvest, and coming of winter. The name rooted from a Scottish surname, translating to Daughters of the Divine, transcribed on the back.
